The 2026 Female Open House & Showcase is more than an event โ itโs a complete development experience designed to meet female players exactly where they are in their hockey journey.
Whether your athlete is just beginning to explore elite hockey, actively developing her game, or ready to shine in front of college coaches, this single showcase weekend is intentionally split into age-specific experiences to ensure the right balance of development, competition, and exposure.
Hosted at Okanagan Hockey Academy Penticton, this event brings together elite coaching, competitive gameplay, and unprecedented access to post-secondary opportunities โ all in one unforgettable weekend.

For young athletes eager to learn, grow, and discover what elite hockey looks like, the Discover stage is the perfect introduction.
This experience focuses on skill development, confidence building, and education, while allowing players to compete, learn from professionals, and explore life as an OHA student-athlete.

A unique opportunity for athletes to engage directly with college coaches, ask questions, and gain insight into the collegiate hockey pathway. - On-Ice Skills Session
A high-tempo development session led by OHAโs professional coaching staff. - Strength & Conditioning Session
Led by Paul Bisnauth, OHAโs Head of Strength & Conditioning, focusing on athletic development and injury prevention. - Dedicated Goalie Ice Session
Specialized goalie training with Lucas Gore, OHAโs Head Goalie Instructor. - 3 Full Showcase Games
Competitive games where players apply what theyโve learned and receive real-time feedback. - Campus & School Tour
Explore the OHA Penticton campus and learn how academics and athletics are balanced at the academy.
Please note: All goalies are waitlisted and reviewed by OHAโs coaching staff. Accepted goalies will be notified by the first week of March.

For players actively pursuing collegiate opportunities, the Develop & Shine stage is designed to maximize exposure, elevate performance, and connect athletes with college programs.
This showcase places players in high-level competitive environments while providing direct access to coaches, evaluators, and OHA staff.

All goaltenders are waitlisted and reviewed by OHA staff. Accepted goalies will be notified by the first week of March.
