โ*IMPORTANT PLEASE READ OUR CANCELLATION POLICY*
CAMP CANCELLED
Any person registered with anย Okanagan Hockey Academy Camp that is cancelled by Okanagan Hockey Group will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed back to original forms of payment.
โCUSTOMER CANCELLED
Customers may cancel their registration for any Okanagan Hockey Academy Camp, subject to the following:
Cancellationsย received 31 days or more before the start of the program will receive a 50% refund less a $25.00 administrative fee per camp. Refunds can only be processed back to the original form of payment.
Cancellations received within 30 or less days from the start of the program are not eligible for any refund or credits. There are no exceptions. We understand things happen, but credits and refunds will not be processed within 30 days of the start of the program. Third party refund insurance is available at the time of online registrations.
โINSURANCE
Customers do have the option to register online, and purchase Refund Insurance offered by Active Networks which will provide cancellation coverage up until 2 days before the camp starts. Cancellation insurance isย ONLYย available when you register online. It is offered through a third party and allows you to cancel your registration at any time BEFORE your camp session begins, without any financial penalty; this covers illness or injury. If you cancel part way through your camp session, this insurance allows you to receive a partial refund.
*Camps include but are not limited to Showcases, Open Houses, Training Programs and other Camps offered by Okanagan Hockey Academy.
