In addition to his coaching success, Aidan brings a diverse background in elite hockey operations and business strategy. His resume includes roles with the NHL’s (former) Arizona Coyotes (Hockey Operations Intern), the OHL’s London Knights (Analytics & Scouting Intern), Hockey Canada, and WinSport/Canadian Sport Institute Calgary. These experiences have given him valuable insights into high-performance athlete development, player evaluation, and hockey operations.
