U20 Elite Training Program (2006-2010 Birth Years)
Program open to all U18 players and Players playing U20/Jr. The group will be separated into two groups based on skill level.
Whether you are going to try out for a U18 Prep team or you are already playing Junior hockey this program will prepare you for the next season.
Running from June 30 – Aug 22 this program offers elite coaching, state-of-the-art technology, and a focus on individualized development.
Program Overview
- Duration: 8 weeks
- Schedule:
- 3 days per week for the first 4 weeks
- 4 days per week for the next 3 weeks
- 5 days per week in the final week
- Sessions: 29 On-Ice sessions + 29 Strength & Conditioning sessions
