U18 Elite Training Program (2008-2010 Birth Years)
Prepare to excel at the next level with our U18 Elite Training Program, an 8-week comprehensive development experience. Running from June 30 to August 22, this program is designed for U18 Rep players and those preparing for Junior team tryouts. With elite coaching, state-of-the-art technology, and a focus on individualized development, this program separates players by skill level to maximize growth.
Program Overview
- Duration: 8 weeks
- Schedule:
- 3 days per week for the first 4 weeks
- 4 days per week for the next 3 weeks
- 5 days per week in the final week
- Sessions: 29 On-Ice sessions + 29 Strength & Conditioning sessions
