Camp Cancelled
Any person registered in an Okanagan Hockey Camp that is cancelled by Okanagan Hockey Group will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed back to original forms of payment.
Customer Cancelled Camps
Customers may cancel any summer camp up toย 11:59PM on May 15, 2025 and will receive a full refund less a $75 administrative fee per camp. Refunds can only be processed back to the original form of payment.
*Camps cancelled after May 15, 2025 are not eligible for any refund or credits. There are no exceptions. We understand things happen, but credits and refunds will not be processed after May 15th. Third party refund insurance is available at the time of online registrations.
INSURANCE
Customers do have the option to register online and purchase Refund Insurance offered by Active Networks which will provide cancellation coverage up until 2 days before the camp starts. Cancellation insurance isย ONLY available when you register online. It is offered through a third party and allows you to cancel your registration at any time BEFORE your camp session begins, without any financial penalty; this covers illness or injury. If you cancel part way through your camp session, this insurance allows you to receive a partial refund.
