*IMPORTANT PLEASE READ OUR CANCELLATION POLICY*

CAMP CANCELLED

Any person registered with an Okanagan Elite Spring Hockey Development Program or Team that is cancelled by Okanagan Hockey Group will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed back to original forms of payment.

​CUSTOMER CANCELLED

Customers may cancel their registration for any Okanagan Elite Spring Hockey Development Program or Team, subject to the following:

Cancellations received 31 days or more before the start of the program will receive a full refund less a $25.00 administrative fee per camp. Refunds can only be processed back to the original form of payment.

Cancellations received within 30 or less days from the start of the program are not eligible for any refund or credits. There are no exceptions. We understand things happen, but credits and refunds will not be processed within 30 days of the start of the program. Third party refund insurance is available at the time of online registrations.

​INSURANCE

Customers do have the option to register online and purchase Refund Insurance offered by Active Networks which will provide cancellation coverage up until 2 days before the camp starts. Cancellation insurance is ONLY available when you register online. It is offered through a third party and allows you to cancel your registration at any time BEFORE your camp session begins, without any financial penalty; this covers illness or injury. If you cancel part way through your camp session, this insurance allows you to receive a partial refund.
