OHA Penticton Welcomes Mackenzie Loupelle as Assistant Coach of U18 Female Black Team
Okanagan Hockey Academy Penticton is thrilled to announce that Mackenzie Loupelle has accepted the role of Assistant Coach with our U18 Female Prep Black team for the 2025–26 season.
Kenzie has been a valued member of the OHA Penticton family for the past year, serving as Operations Assistant and Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach. She has done an exceptional job in these roles, and we are confident she will bring the same level of dedication and commitment to this new coaching position.
With a deep-rooted passion for hockey and a desire to be back on the ice in a competitive environment, Kenzie understands what it takes to be successful. Graduating from Mount Royal University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Kenzie earned U SPORTS Academic All-Canadian honours four times during her university career. In addition to this, during her time with Mount Royal University Women’s Hockey Team (2019–2024), Kenzie was part of the squad that captured the U SPORTS National Championship in 2023.
Working alongside Head Coach Kyle Spencer, Kenzie will bring energy, enthusiasm, and hockey IQ to the coaching staff and our players. We are excited to see her continue to grow and contribute to OHA Penticton in this new role.
Please join us in congratulating Kenzie on this well-deserved appointment!
