Josh Spencer – Assistant Coach, U15

Josh Spencer brings nearly a decade of coaching experience at elite levels ranging from U15 to Junior A. His coaching journey has included roles with the Langley Rivermen (BCHL), White Rock Whalers (PJHL), San Diego Sabres (USPHL), and the Greater Vancouver Canadians (U17 & U18 AAA, BCEHL).

Known for his ability to build strong player relationships, Spencer emphasizes skill development, game IQ, and creating a competitive culture both on and off the ice. His diverse coaching background across Canadian and U.S. junior and elite minor hockey programs has provided him with a broad perspective on player development and team success.

At Okanagan Hockey Academy, Spencer’s focus is on fostering growth in young athletes, preparing them to succeed at the next level of their hockey and personal journeys.
